49ers’ Facility Shut Down on Eve of Thursday Night Game

The San Francisco 49ers host the Green Bay Packers tomorrow night, but their facility is currently closed due to a COVID positive, according to Adam Schefter:
49ers are closed for precaution today, at least, and doing contact tracing now, per source. https://t.co/1KNsWDjf1U

Schefter says it was wide receiver Kendrick Bourne who tested positive.
The Packers also had some COVID issues this week, with AJ Dillon testing positive and linebacker Kamal Martin joining RB Jamaal Williams on the COVID/reserve list.
Worst case scenario, they just move the game back, and then maybe it will actually be a good game, since Thursday Night Football is usually a lesser product. Might be a blessing in disguise for football fans, and we’ll hope Bourne is all good.
