Alshon Jeffery Will Play on Thursday Night

Early media availability for Doug Pederson today because of the abbreviated Eagles schedule.
Receiver Alshon Jeffery, who came out of the Falcons game and then missed the Lions game with a calf issue, is slated to play tomorrow night in Green Bay.
Doug:
I expect him to play. Obviously with the limited full speed practice reps this week, he took part in everything. He feels good so I’d expect him to go and it just gives our offense a lift from the standpoint of veteran player, a guy that Carson knows and understands. He’s a good player.
Derek Barnett is also expected to play while Corey Clement is “getting better.” Pederson noted that Dallas Goedert was a game time decision this past Sunday, but that this week “is different” for the second year tight end. Kamu Grugier-Hill is also in line to play his first game of the year.
On the Tuesday injury report, the following players were full participants:
- WR J.J. Arcega-Whiteside (heel)
- T Andre Dillard (knee)
- LB Nathan Gerry (calf, knee)
- TE Dallas Goedert (calf)
- LB Kamu Grugier-Hill (knee)
- WR Alshon Jeffery (calf)
- QB Nate Sudfeld (left wrist)
Derek Barnett and Corey Clement were listed as “limited” while Ronald Darby, DeSean Jackson, and Tim Jernigan did not practice. We’ll get the final report around 1pm or 2pm today.
