Asante Samuel signed with the Eagles in 2008. He also bought a five-acre property in Southwest Ranches, FL for a measly $2.375 million that same year. He’s now selling the house for $9.5 million because, among other things, he added a pool that’s worth $1 million on its own.

Designed for large-scale entertaining, the 140,000-gallon pool is highlighted by a saltwater filtration system, a water slide, a geyser feature, a beach entry and a 25-person grotto complete with flat-screen televisions, a hot tub, a fire pit and party pavilion. Surrounding custom LED lighting, tropical landscaping and pavers complete what is a million-dollar setting.

The house also has a hair salon, music studio, home theater, gym, game room, nine bedrooms and 12.5 bathrooms. Or, to put it another way, one bathroom for every 10 tackles he made as an Eagle. Ten more tackles? You would’ve earned yourself a new bathroom, Asante. Way to go.

For real though, if you wanna drop $10 million on this place, ask that he leaves behind the Vick and Shady jerseys.
