The Eagles and Browns have swapped disappointing backup running backs. My gut reaction is Harrison seems a little better at this point than Bell, which makes me wonder why Cleveland would do this deal.
Oh well, more to come on this. But at least the Eagles have some insurance for Shady McCoy now.
