I don’t really “get” the no sleeves/hood combination, but that’s not important.
What’s important is that Carson Wentz is throwing a football again, and putting some weight on that surgically repaired left knee:

BUT – if he can’t go for the season opener, the Birds will just have to fall back on Super Bowl MVP Nick Foles.
