DAK SPIT FIRST! Eagles Fans Turn the Tables on Jalen Carter’s Ejection

What an opening night start to the NFL season! Eagles fans had been drinking for 10+ hours, we hung the Super Bowl banner, and NBC got some of the funniest crowd shots imaginable during Fly Eagles Fly. There were fireworks right off the bat with #spitgate. But who spit first? It certainly wasn’t Jalen Carter as the NBC cameras ended up showing a couple hours later. Amazing atmosphere from start to finish. Everything from pre-game to postgame was captured here:
So many characters in this one. Former Crossing Broadcast host Adam Lefkoe, Will of God, and Eagles superfan, Gregg “No Nap” Matza, champing at the bit at 4 a.m. and still going strong 12 hours later. It’s like every shot of honey whiskey is another Infinity Stone for this guy:
Eagles fans were cocky to start and how couldn’t you be when you have a Super Bowl banner to hang. The emotions were running wild! No tears though when you’re gangster.
