D’Andre Swift is Signing with the Chicago Bears

D’Andre Swift is going back to the NFC North:

The #Bears have agreed to terms with RB D’Andre Swift on a three-year, $24 million deal, sources tell me and @RapSheet.

Bears are giving D’Andre Swift a three-year, $24.5 million deal, including $15.3 million guaranteed, per his agent Trevon Smith at Athletes First.

Man I loved Swift. Totally underutilized in the offense last year. One of the only bright spots. There were some games early in the season he was effective as the bell cow late in games to chew up clock. Glad the Philly guy got paid.

So, right now unless there is some movement on the Saquon Barkley front it’s #KennyGSZN! I’m sure Eagles fans would love that. Just don’t say anything mean to him in his DMs during a game.

Shout out to Swift’s agent, who didn’t add in some dumb jargon that makes it seem like he’s the next coming of Barry Sanders. Not like some 49ers QB none of us has ever heard of, and this agent language:

The Eagles will get a compensatory pick with Swift leaving in free agency. They also apparently tried to get a deal done before the legal tampering period:
