Darren Sproles is a No Show at OTAs

While all eyes at OTAs today are on Bradford and Wentz – Will they say hi? Will they shake hands? Will they kiss? – there’s a smaller piece of the team missing. The smallest, actually, as Darren Sproles is a no-show. According to Ian Rappppppopopopopopopoprt, Sproles received some trade attention during the draft and has decided to stay away (possibly from potential injury) while it’s sorted out:
#Eagles received calls of trade interest for RB Darren Sproles mid-draft, sources said. He's staying away from OTAs until its sorted out

This isn't a situation filled with frustration for Darren Sproles. But he's away from the #Eagles, with his family on the West Coast now

The 32-year-old Sproles still has his legs and definite value as a return man, but with the Eagles drafting Wendell Smallwood, a Sproles type, it makes sense is Darren thinks his time here could be running out.
When he's not writing about sports here or ranting about them on Twitter, Jim is probably watching X-Files on Netflix or drinking a beer somewhere. Jim has nothing against hockey, it's just not his style. He once met Duce Staley at a Sixers game.
