Did I Make it into Jason Kelce’s Kung Fu Movie?

We were at the world premier of Garage Beer’s Brewmite out in Phoenixville. It’s the Kung Fu short film starring Jason Kelce, with Chuck Liddell, Travis Kelce, and Beau Allen. Here’s a behind-the-scenes look, and by behind-the-scenes it’s just me getting people to chug beer on the red carpet:
That’s exactly how every red carpet should be from now until the end of time. Who wants to dress up in an uncomfortable suit, take pictures in the hot sun, and be thirsty? Every red carpet needs a Shotgun Shogun.
Now a review of the film…
I liked it. Honestly. I knew that it was one giant commercial, but it was still done really well. Most of the jokes hit, the cinematography felt like you were watching a movie, and the cheesy kung fu would make every 80s and 90s kid smile. Didn’t hurt that we had a solid cameo from Liddell. The event was great from start to finish. Plenty of ice cold Garage beer, popcorn, and a Q&A from Kelce, Liddell, and director Jordan Phoenix. I’m excited for the next premiere. Seems like they’re doing another action movie. They had one of those Marvel post-credit scenes of Kelce coming out of a chopper, wearing Rambo-style military gear. I’ll be there as Lieutenant Light Beer.
