Can you blame him? He’s been passed over twice for the head coaching gig and can probably advance his career elsewhere. Unless Jeffrey Lurie has some amazing plans for Duce, he should let him pursue another opportunity.
Right now he’s currently the running backs coach and assistant head coach, but if he can land an offensive coordinator job with another team, that’s the path forward.
