Eagles Fans React to the Win Over the Lions

You won’t be seeing it in this video, but there was a lot of optimism in the lots last night even though the offense once again looked like crap:
You know what shocked me the most in this video? It wasn’t the guy in the GMC Denali claiming he got 100 MPG. I can’t believe how many Lions fans were yapping postgame after scoring only nine points. Every Lions fan I talked to remembers the 0-16 season. You should be used to this. All of a sudden they string a couple seasons together and they puff their chests out a little bit and do their best to talk smack. You know it’s a tough game when all a guy has to point to is the cleanliness of your parking lot. If I was a Lions fan I would just enjoy all the time I had until I go back into NFL purgatory. There’s a pecking order to this shit. You’re in the presence of champions, start acting like it. This would be like if I went to LA and started talking shit about the Dodgers as a Phillies fan. I understand where we sit. Respect the hierarchy. Speaking of hierarchy, the Lions wouldn’t even be in the playoffs if the season ended today and that one guy had no idea.
On the other end, what was up with that one Eagles fan calling Jalen Hurts a bum? The guy was just Super Bowl MVP seven months ago. Have we no shame? And if I’m being honest that guy wasn’t the only Eagles fan I talked to who criticized Hurts like that. I think the city of Philadelphia just gets off on hating the quarterback at all times. This was last season. After the Super Bowl win I thought we’d be over the “bum” argument at least:
That’s fine if you’re concerned about Hurts’ role in the offense, but at least make some sense if you’re going to say it out loud. How can a guy who hasn’t had the same offensive coordinator since college be a system QB? Makes no sense. You can’t look at that offense and say it’s the same system as Kellen Moore’s. And don’t get me wrong, criticizing Hurts is on the table. He frustrates me as much as anyone on this team, but has winning become so common in this city that we’ve become insufferable? Apparently we now need style points, too.
P.S. This guy is definitely a Russini-head:

P.P. S. Wrong guy. Definitely not the guy. Don’t accuse me of being the guy.
