They filed for “Brotherly Shove” in October, for the same reason. Clothing and merchandise sales. There was a KELLY GREEN trademark filing this season as well. Your WIP uncle would say that the Eagles should worry more about winning games than filing trademarks right now. They’re dicking around doing Christmas albums and podcasts. Should be focused on protecting the ball and getting the running game going.
Serious question though – is filing for both Brotherly Shove and Tush Push redundant? Let’s assume they get both trademarks. Are they going to print both Brotherly Shove AND Tush Push merchandise? A quick look shows that they have COMPETITION for these trademarks:
They’re up against a motivational speaker selling shirts that say “Tush Push,” and a Brigantine-based company doing “Brotherly Shove” hats.
This is a developing story!
