Yes, this is real. I thought Greg was a Niners fan, but his timeline has ISU tweets, so I think he’s a Cyclone doofus:

Jeez, okay, well first of all, Brock Purdy does not have a career-threatening injury. He tore his UCL. He’s 23 and the early prognosis is six months, so he’s supposed to be back right around training camp. It’s all good. Second, there’s nothing to apologize for. Reddick beat the tight end, hit the quarterback during his throwing motion, and knocked the ball loose. Fumble, review, Linval Joseph recovers. Eagles football. If the NFL takes Greg’s advice and outlaws the “chop to QB arms when they are in the motion of passing,” then you won’t be able to hit the quarterback at all. Can’t hit them in the head. Can’t hit them in the legs. Can’t hit them in the arms when they’re throwing. Can’t land on them with all of your weight. If you see a QB throwing, you gotta stop! No strip sacks. No Brandon Graham Super Bowl 52 fumble.

Great idea, Greg!
