Let’s check in on the New York Giants.

Welp… it’s not good. They’re 0-4 and their best player is out for the season with a torn ACL. Daniel Jones isn’t exactly lighting it up and the defense stinks.

Today offensive coordinator Jason Garrett dropped this nugget of wisdom:

Spoiler:

They’re not good at anything. This team has scored three touchdowns in four games and is averaging a league-worst 11.8 points. They are tied with the Jets for the worst total offense, mustering just 278 yards per game. Their 201.5 passing yards per game is 29th out of 32 teams. 76.5 rushing yards per game is 31st, so they stink in that department also.

But wait, there’s more!

Jones has five interceptions and just two TD passes. He’s been sacked 14 times and has a 68.3 quarterback rating, which ranks above only… Carson Wentz (barf). Danny Dimes also happens to be the Giants’ leading rusher, with a monstrous 137 yards on 18 attempts. His 7.6 YPC is higher than Wayne Gallman and Devonta Freeman, who are trying to fill the Barkley void.

Darius Slayton looks like a pretty good receiver, but Evan Engram is just kind of meh and Golden Tate and Sterling Shepard aren’t exactly Pro Bowlers.

Godspeed to Jason Garrett and the other offensive geniuses up there in the Meadowlands.
