Jason Kelce was probably texting Howie, “You up?” at 1 a.m. on Tuesday:

He can tell us all he wants that he’s retired. I won’t believe him until he’s in a gold jacket giving a speech in Canton. Sure, you’re retired in March when the seasons are starting to turn and you’re on a fast track to Sea Isle. But what happens when August rolls around and summer is over? That’s when the true test of strength comes in. When Jason is packing up the car on Labor Day weekend after spending the summer reading all about how the offense is humming in training camp you know he’s going to want to come back. I mean Travis is still using the royal “you” when talking about the team. “You have Pro Bowlers at every fucking position.” Yea we do! Except one… center.

That entire clip was a word salad to throw people off the scent. Not me. I can see the cryptic message between the lines:
