Jerry Jones “Disappointed” and “Numb” After Eagles Win

We’re having a lot of fun this morning.
Jerry Jones, however is not.
His Cowboys are 7-8 after doing diddly poo on offense last night, mustering a pitiful three field goals in a game that could have clinched the NFC East and a home playoff game.
Jones departed his suite early, leaving parasitic sycophant Chris Christie to his own devices, then went downstairs and said this to the gathered media (via The Athletic’s Jon Machota) –
“I’m very disappointed,” Cowboys owner Jerry Jones said. “We all expected to leave here as NFC East champs. This is a disappointing setback for that locker room and for all of us, and I know it is for the fans.”
Jones conducted one of his shortest post-game interview sessions outside of the Cowboys locker room. He made a statement that lasted roughly two minutes. Then he walked away before stopping again after being chased by reporters.
“I’m a little numb that we didn’t come up here and beat them,” Jones added. “Our team played very hard. I’m just surprised we didn’t get the deal done.”
Jerry, listen man; you know what you have to do. You have to fire Jason Garrett. You’ve gotta send him packing, then take a step back and cede power to other folks in the organization.
Or…
Just keep going what you’re doing, which Eagles fans are cool with. It’s all good.
