Today Jerry Jones confirmed what we already knew:

Ben DiNucci was in way over his head on Sunday night.

But it was a rather forthright assertion on Dallas sports radio, when the Cowboys’ owner said this about his third-string quarterback’s debut performance:

True, kind of a dick statement though, isn’t it?

You could say the same for Mike McCarthy and Mike Nolan, who might be undertaking more than they can “handle.” How about Jerry Jones and Stephen Jones, who haven’t put together a winner in years? Seriously, they’ve won a grand total of three playoff games since 1996.

So they’re getting everything they deserve. This is more than anybody in that franchise can “handle,” because they don’t know what they’re doing and then turn around and throw their third-string QB under the bus anyway.

Go Birds.
