He’s right. It does look like a sad Carson Wentz. The eye black is angled downward in a way that makes it look like Carson is bummed out, as if he was traded to the Washington Commanders or something like that.
This is not the worst bobblehead ever, though.
That distinction, I believe should go to the Ben Simmons bobble of 2018:
