Joe Banner Says it’s a Lock That Sam Bradford will be the Eagles’ QB This Season

Former Eagles president and master prognosticator (uh … kinda) says there’s a 90%+ chance Sam Bradford will be back as the Eagles quarterback this year.
Digging back in Banner’s timeline to see if he made any other bold predictions lately, it’s mostly anti-Trump tweets and retweets with a general doubling-down on Bradford thrown in there. So he’s all in on Sammy, the Eagles raised their offer to Sammy, and Sammy has been mostly silent.
It’s THE offseason issue the Eagles face, but with people so torn on what to do, it’s a win-win for Jeff and Howie. If they bring him back (unless it’s a huge multi-year deal, which it won’t be) he can be a stopgap. If they let him go, it’s because we all know he isn’t their QB of the future. And the whole time, Doug Pederson can just nod his gigantic dome along with whatever the boys in suits decide.
