Is the juice worth the squeeze? According to John Kincade’s secret NFL Insider, the Eagles are in on Jarvis Landry after losing out on Robert Woods:

On Friday, John mentioned his same source texted him during the show that the Eagles were in on Woods, who was traded to the Titans for nothing:
It’s a 2023 6th rounder to the #Rams for WR Robert Woods, source said. https://t.co/yzLVchdMA0

Not gonna lie, I was pretty annoyed with Howie Roseman that we couldn’t give up a Tarron Jackson for a 29-year-old wide receiver, locked up until 2026. I know the cap hit ($13.5 million) and injury were sticking points with some fans, but if certain beat writers want to sell us on the organization’s love for Jalen Hurts doesn’t Robert Woods or Allen Robinson or DJ Chark or anyone not named Jalen Reagor prove it? For all intents and purposes, Robert Woods seemed like he’d have been a great fit for Philly on and off the field, but not where he’d want to be:
One more on Robert Woods: The Rams worked with him to find the right destination. Titans are a scheme fit—Woods is a great downfield threat off play-action and a strong run blocker—and great intangible fit.
This was a tough 1 for Sean McVay, so Rams wanted to do right by Woods.

So now we turn our attention to Jarvis Landry. Dependable, can play in the slot, and doesn’t drop balls. He’s three seasons removed from catching 83 balls for 1174 yards and only played 12 games last year because, as he puts it, he came back from injury too quickly:
1/2 Reality behind all this is I came back to play in the best shape of my life, I got hurt week 2 with a high grade MCL Sprain,Partial quad tear and bone bruise. Then came back way to early and ended up staying hurt the entire season. You never heard me mention anything about it

2/3 Also my media availability didn’t happen because I was focused on getting on the field as healthy as possible during the week and after games.. a strategic plan was set in place to be followed. I put the ball in CLE court by telling them I would like to stay but if not then

3/3 I have put the ball in CLE court by telling them I would like to stay but if not then I’m confident enough in myself to be a better healthy me this year and moving forward to helping do my part in winning a championship elsewhere.

Just get me someone. Anyone at this point. So that I can properly evaluate Jalen Hurts this season.
