As we showed you this morning, Jon Dorenbos is cruising along in America’s Got Talent. If he keeps advancing, live shows will conflict with his training camp schedule. The good news? The Eagles really do not care:

Doug Pederson said Dorenbos will be back for a conditioning test tomorrow, and they “gotta see” what happens with AGT. He also praised his TV performance and called him a great representative of the team.

It’s worth noting that while Dorenbos is the team’s longest tenured player, they did bring in a rookie longsnapper – John DePalma – for the future. Time will tell if that’ll come into play this year.

The last (and only) magician to win AGT found himself to be very busy after winning, as Mat Franco “went on to headline the “America’s Got Talent Live” stage show, [and] the “Magic Reinvented Nightly” stage show – both held in Las Vegas.” He also had his own NBC special.
