This is pretty funny. Jordan Davis was hauling on the walk-off Thicc Six:

Eagles defensive tackle Jordan Davis, who blocked a potential game-winning field goal and returned it for a touchdown as time expired, reached a top speed of 18.59 mph on the return, the fastest speed by a player over 330 pounds since at least 2017.

Isn’t it funny how foreshadowing works? A portent, perhaps, when the beats were talking about Davis’ weight loss and how he was in much better shape this offseason. It manifested twice in this game, first the DT chasing down Matt Stafford on a 3rd down stop, then ending the game on a blocked field goal that he took to the house for good measure.

This is a guy who dropped 26 pounds in the offseason and got himself down to 330. Pretty incredible to see the transformation. The Birds can never split up the Jordan Davis/Jalen Carter duo.
