Lane Johnson Gets a 99 Rating in Madden 26

Two Birds are among the seven players that received a 99 rating in Madden ’26:
Pretty cool to see Lane Johnson join the club at age 35. He’s been to three straight Pro Bowls after a bit of a lull between 2020 and 2021. He did receive a 98 rating as his highest previous number, tied with Trent Williams for the highest-rated offensive lineman in the game.
The Birds website notes that Saquon Barkley, who is on the Madden cover, is actually the first Eagles offensive player to earn a 99 rating. Prime Donovan McNabb, Terrell Owens, and B West did not reach the very top. David Akers and B Dawk did receive 99 ratings back in the day. EA Sports is doing the full rating reveal on Friday and today was basically the start of a weeklong number drop.
