Every school that has an opening will be linked to Chip Kelly in some way, but given that USC was reported to have reached out to Chip Kelly prior to making this decision, it may have been Kelly’s flat-out “no” that led to this. But we’ll find out in [amount of time it takes to fill every college football coaching vacancy].
