Maxx Crosby Can’t Be Allowed to go to the Cowboys
What the hell is going on here:
Maxx Crosby cannot be allowed to go to Dallas. They’re already gonna be a pain in the ass with Quinnen Williams and Kenny Clark on the D line. Crosby is one of those non-Eagles you have a lot of respect for, because he’s a gamer and calls it how he sees it. He showed Philadelphia a lot of love when the Raiders got their doors blown off a few months back, saying this:
“Cities that really have substance to them and true fan bases, and love for their city and the game.. And going to Philly you can feel that energy when you go there. There was people everywhere downtown. We stayed right downtown in the thick of it. You know how Philly is. They’re rowdy, they are crazy, flipping you off (in the buses)… they didn’t give a damn about anything. Then we pull up driving up to the stadium, I low key never do this, but I was driving into Philly, and this is first time I’ve ever played in Philly, so that’s why I took some pictures, but was driving in there, trees and just all white and fans everywhere in the tailgate. You can see the stadium behind it. I took a couple dope-ass pictures because this is like my first time ever playing there. If you love football, that’s what you dream of as a kid, playing in Philadelphia in December in a grimy-ass environment. That is exactly what you dream for. So I loved it.”
If Crosby likes grimy-ass, authentic environments, he should absolutely shut down any Dallas approach. The only thing you get in that environment is a bunch of plastic fans fighting each other while the sun glare from Jerry Jones’ windows blinds Dak Prescott and CeeDee Lamb. You’re not gonna win anything there. You’re gonna win 12 games max and then invent a new and embarrassing way to lose in the divisional round. That’s the ceiling.
Maxx Crosby should come to PHILADELPHIA. There’s gotta be a way.
