Not great!

Nate Sudfeld took a hard fall on a late hit at the end of the second half on Thursday night, landing awkwardly on his left wrist as his braced himself for impact.

He was then carted off the field with an air cast on his left arm.

I would not describe the image as “gruesome,” though it might be slightly uncomfortable, so I’ve put the still photo behind the jump if you want to see it:

Ok, here it is:

Painful.

Prior to leaving the game, Sudfeld was 10 for 18 for 177 yards and the 75-yard touchdown pass to Marken Michel. He had a 107.9 passer rating.

Cody Kessler is coming in to play the second half, which Doug Pederson says was the plan anyway.
