New Orleans Saints Cut Nigel Bradham

Life comes at you fast:
A surprise Monday morning release: the Saints cut veteran LB Nigel Bradham, per source.

Bradham, the former Eagle, was in the news recently because he said that the “last two organizations I went to, it wasn’t really a winning organization,” which is strange considering that he won a SUPER BOWL in Philadelphia. Maybe he had a brain fart, was misunderstood, or simply has no idea what he’s talking about. Could be a combination of all three of those things.
Anyway, Bradham, who is 30 years old, is now without a team about three weeks before the start of the NFL season. SHOULD THE EAGLES SIGN HIM? We’ll talk about it later today on sports radio. 610-632-0975. Your phone calls after the break.
Also, I love this statistic, and feel the need to insert it here:
The Saints are 4-6 in the playoffs since their Super Bowl, which was more than 10 years ago. The only thing they’ve won since then is jack and shit. If they are a “winning organization,” then we need to adjust the bar’s height, because it feels relatively low.
