Spoiler: it’s not as good as “Philly Special” –
Foles: “The full name of the Philly Special is not simply ‘Philly Special.’ You’ve probably seen it on NFL Films, you’ve probably seen it on clips over and over again. I did not get in the huddle and look at my wristband and just say ‘Philly Special.’ It’s actually, the full name of the play, is ‘float to pistol target left bunch, Philly Special on the dummy kill.‘ That’s where I do my acting job, go over to Lane (Johnson), say ‘Lane, Lane!’ That’s what the dummy kill means. So there was more to it than just ‘Philly Special.'”
