Back to the Eagles with a roster update:

Nine guys mentioned in one tweet. That has to be a record, right?

Of course the big takeaway there is Nolan Smith, who, according to Adam Schefter, “strained his triceps Sunday, and now is expected to be sidelined through the team’s Nov. 2 bye. He could return for the Monday night Nov. 10 game at Green Bay.”

You may recall Smith had that triceps surgery after the Super Bowl, so they’re saying he aggravating it in the LA game. He played 70% of the snaps on Sunday, which led the EDGE group. After him, it was Jalyx Hunt at 65% and Za’Darius Smith at 36% of the snaps, so you figure Z. Smith’s going to have to play a bigger role after quickly getting acclimated to the system. Josh Uche played 29% of the defensive snaps and 46% of the special teams snaps, so they’ll need him for more of the former this week.
