The heir to the coffee throne, Jordan Schultz, is reporting that the tush push will unlikely have enough votes to ban it because of the language in the proposal is not clear enough:

The thinking is to prevent a serious injury before it happens.” The same owners that are going to add a game to the schedule and will start playing games in Australia next year and the Middle East soon want to get in front of injuries? The thought that these coaches and owners care about player safety is the biggest joke going. The play has now gone from from it’s not a “football play” to it’s a health risk to we want to get in front of an injury before it happens. It’s all bullshit and I wish the coaches and GMs interviewed could come out and say it. Just tell everyone what we already know. The Eagles are better at it than anyone else and you want to take that competitive advantage away. They hate us, cause they ain’t us.
