Ron Jaworski Presents “Another Side” to the Story of Miami Players Not Vibing with Vic Fangio

In a video that came out last week, a poorly-coiffed Drew Rosenhaus claimed that some of the Miami Dolphins players didn’t get along with Vic Fangio, who is now the Eagles’ defensive coordinator. This week, on 94 WIP, Ron Jaworski said this:
“I have connections as well…and I hear another side of that story, that there were some players on that defense that didn’t want to work…Guys like to party at night…Those were the guys that Vic was pushing and they’re the guys that are whining right now.” 👀

Taking both of these accounts under consideration, there are two things we know to be universally true. One, agents should never be trusted. Not now, not ever. Two, you should never question the validity of someone’s sources. Many people learned about that after Joe Santoliquito’s Carson Wentz reporting turned out to be accurate.
Now, if we put those two ideas together, we’ve got a conundrum. Who are we to believe? I’d like to think Drew Rosenhaus is full of shit and looking to create leverage for his clients. However, we do not know who he has spoken with, so, as is typically the case, it’s up to you to determine wherein the truth lies.
The other question is whether or not this matters. Maybe there’s a concern that Fangio isn’t connecting with his players or getting full buy-in, but that’s a nebulous concept and hard to determine. If the Birds’ D comes out next season and they’re “flying around,” as every overly-enthusiastic football coach likes to say, then this will be a nothing burger, relegated to the Biggie Bag of history.
