There’s a lot of buzz about the 2026 NFL international series after it was revealed that the Saints will be playing in France. The Browns are the reported opponent, which means the haughty Parisians will be treated to a mid-off between Shedeur Sanders and Tyler Shough.

Some of the other cities on the list for this coming season are London, Munich, Madrid, and Melbourne. There’s also a Rio game, no Sao Paulo this time around.

Naturally, there’s speculation the Eagles will travel internationally for the third time, since they were off in 2025, but when you go down the list, guess who has played the fewest amount of international games?

The Dallas Cowboys.

To date, they’ve played once overseas, way back in 2014 when they beat the Jags in London. Tony Romo went 20-27 for 246 yards and three touchdowns while Dez Bryant caught six passes for 158 yards. They finished 12-4 and then lost in the divisional round to the Packers after blowing a 21-13 second half lead.

Not only have Dem Boyz avoided traveling overseas, but that game wasn’t even remotely recent. It was more than 10 years ago, which means when you toggle Wikipedia’s list by total games AND most recent, they are bottom in both categories:

The Eagles are among the 14 teams that have played two international games, those taking place in 2018 and 2024. The only four teams that haven’t played overseas since before the pandemic are Dallas, Detroit, Cincy, and Houston.

Obviously the Jaguars have played the most foreign games, 14 total, followed by the Dolphins with 7 and Vikings with 6. The Rams, Pats, and Raiders have played 5 of these games, and then there’s a glut of teams with 3 or 4 games.

Bottom line, it’s time for the Cowboys to do their fair share. They’re nothing special. Why should they get a pass? They’re long overdue for a trip, preferably to Siberia.

By the way, it’s Super Bowl week. Just bet the Seahawks. New England are frauds. They played nobody in the regular season and their postseason slate included playoff Herbert, C.J. Stroud without Nico Collins, and then Jarrett Stidham in a snowstorm. Seattle is gonna roll ’em, so get in while the getting’s good:
