The Eagles Sent a Practice Message to Every Single Hater in the Media and Beyond

The Eagles led off practice with “Hate Me Now” by Nas, seemingly being a shot at all the haters and doubters for which there are many in the media locally and nationally:
“But Kyle this is probably just a playlist some intern cooked up you’re looking to much into this?“
Oh am I? Does anyone remember last year when they started off with this little number:
That was following AJ Brown mentioning “passing” needed to improve after the Panthers game while Brandon Graham went on his show and said “1 is trying and 11 could be better with how he responds to things”?
Nick Sirianni played Many Men earlier that season after he was accused of using his kids as “human shields” post-Browns game:
Maybe with all the outside noise the team starts to rally around the bullshit. Is this wishful thinking? Absolutely! But it’s not like they aren’t answering like they’re over the bullshit:
I think I speak for most Eagles fans when I say we’re over the bullshit too. I mean that’s why Kinker instituted the moratorium over the AJ Brown stories. How much more times can you beat a dead horse? We’ve watched the narrative go from AJ Brown and Jalen don’t like each other to AJ Brown is being shopped to people are now frustrated with Jalen Hurts in the organization. At what point do you just throw your hands up and enjoy an 8-2 season that doesn’t happen often. In a couple seasons are you going to be happy you let “reports” and “rumors” get in the way of enjoying a generational defense or another playoff season?
And here’s the thing, we’ve seen championship teams have issues in their quest to go back-to-back. Kyrie Irving and LeBron James, Bill Belichick and Tom Brady, Manny Ramirez and Terry Francona and everyone else on the Red Sox. The latter two have multiple titles together. Lets not act like this is anything new in sports and that there weren’t tensions on a lot of championship teams throughout history. I’m just impressed no player on the Eagles has said anything out of turn because there were plenty of opportunities too. Everything is speculation and reports from anonymous sources and the tensions feel like they’re higher this year when we had a literal player air out dirty laundry for everyone.
