The Weeknd is alright. He had that smash megahit a few years ago called ‘Can’t Feel My Face,’ which has more than a BILLION Youtube views. I watched a couple of his other videos, and in one of them he’s dancing for a woman when another woman comes in and slits his throat, which was really strange. Maybe it’s what passes for art these days.
Maybe I’m old, but I would have preferred DMX or Nas. Maybe Rush with Dave Grohl filling in for the late Neil Peart. They could do the entire Moving Pictures album.
OR – they could just get Shakira and Jennifer Lopez to do it again.
