There’s a Delicious Sandwich Dedicated to Chip Kelly’s Farewell

The wording might not be as clever as those tree salesmen, but this is much more enjoyable: Over at Pig Restaurant (712 W. Girard Ave.), chef Joseph Shilling created the Chip Kelly Three Bite sandwich. With one bite for each season he coached the Eagles, the sambo features pork belly on toast with Oregon blackberry jam, for only $1.60 (“looking forward to 16-0” the Instagram post says).
My opinion on letting Chip go pretty much all depends on where the Eagles go now, but I am on board with this sandwich. The Chip Kelly Three Bite got me like:
