Chip Kelly traded LeSean McCoy and Nick Foles, let Jeremy Maclin walk, acquired Sam Bradford and signed DeMarco Murray and Tim Tebow this offseason (I’m sure I’m forgetting something). If you think it’s just too crazy that he would move up to get Mariota, you’re nuts.
