“Very Competitive in the Nakobe Dean Market” – Cowboys Hanging Their Newest Banner at Jerry World
lol –
“Just talked with someone close to the situation and apparently Dallas was actually very competitive in the Nakobe Dean market. He was one of their 5 zooms allowed. I’m told their offer was similar to the Raiders but ultimately he went with his gut feeling but was told he could have seen himself in both places and it was “51/49” margin but Raiders won this one. At least tells you Dallas is trying.”
That’s awesome! Nakobe Dean’s gut told him to pick the RAIDERS over the Cowboys. You’re probably not winning anything in Vegas any time soon, but you’re DEFINITELY not winning anything in Dallas. Nakobe knows that. He isn’t some dummy. Why would you waste your second contract playing for Jerry Jones? At best, you go 12-5 down there in the Big D and then find some way to lose in the divisional round in embarrassing fashion while Dak throws three picks and “cement hands” CeeDee Lamb drops four passes in a single game. Then George Pickens storms off in a huff after catching three passes for 33 yards.
But hey, at least the Cowboys are trying. You gotta give ’em credit for that!
