A lot of word salad during that press conference. The beats spent seven minutes asking the same question multiple ways while probing into Jalen’s Thursday practice, hoping Sirianni would give them an answer worth reporting. A press conference that could’ve been an email.
Eagles PR: “We’re still sorting through that.” *Send*
We’ll see. Obviously seeing how Hurts fares through Friday practice will be important, but at this point not coming out and naming Hurts the starter feels like he’s not ready more than strategy. Later in the press conference, Sirianni said they could go all the way up to gameday before they make a decision on the starter.
