Eagles news:

Changing diapers is the same as being a Philadelphia Eagle under Nick Sirianni. It’s about fundamentals, accountability, compete, and connect.

I can help here because I have two daughters, ages 3 and six months. The key to changing diapers is that you cannot ever have a lapse in coverage, because your kid WILL pee even if they find the slightest opening.

Here’s how it works:

  1. put the kiddo on the changing table
  2. unstrap the old diaper but leave it there, don’t do anything with it yet
  3. grab the new diaper
  4. lift up the baby’s feet and slide the new diaper underneath them, but OVER TOP of the old diaper
  5. then immediately slide the old diaper out

This ensures that there’s no gap, and if the baby starts peeing right away, like Zach is describing, then she’s still hitting the old diaper, even though it’s unstrapped. The whole point is that you’re trying to keep something underneath them at all times, or else you find yourself with a wet wipe, disinfecting a surface.

So that’s the best advice we can give to the new Eagles wide receiver, Mr. Pascal. Maybe I should teach this technique at maternity wards across the Delaware Valley.

As for poopy, Pascal is on his own. Have fun with that.
