Admittedly, this is a Decent Sean Avery Troll Job

Alright, so the lines about Fetterman and Gritty made me laugh. The wheelchair thing was not expected. Avery delivers these lines pretty well. He’d do a great job for us. Maybe we can slide him a freelance gig and pay him $25 a story.
Thing about Trevor Zegras, though, is that there are some trade rumors floating around. If you’re the typical Philadelphia sports fan, and don’t know anything about NHL teams not named the Flyers, then all you have to know is that Zegras is Anaheim’s most talented and creative player. 22 years old, a left handed center who had 65 points last year but has been injured this year and missed a bunch of games. He’s in the first year of a three-year contract that pays $5,750,000 a year.
Frank Seravalli on that:
“I have my eyes on Trevor Zegras. In speaking with teams around the league, they suggest that Zegras’s name has out there.”

Zegras also happened to be tight with Jamie Drysdale, so Flyers fans are whipping up a hypothetical in which Danny Briere trades for Zegras, reunites the pair, and screws Gauthier in the process (assuming the Ducks continue to stink). Now, Anaheim would have to be willing to play ball, and Zegras would have to at least play a modicum of defense for John Tortorella, but the thought sounds very nice! If Torts and Zegras can form even the most basic of relationships, then let’s #DoTheDeal.
A couple of quotes from Trevor Zegras and Jamie Drysdale on one another from when I spoke to them the other week while putting together my article on Zegras.
Understand the business side of deals, but always tough to see a well-liked player like Drysdale depart.#FlyTogether pic.twitter.com/aPzPfTX3im
