Flyers Leading Goal Scorer Tyson Foerster Out Two to Three Months
Tyson Foerster jacked up his arm on a one-timer attempt Monday night and is now out 2-3 months:
Obviously it sucks. Foerster leads the Flyers with 10 goals and was on pace for his first 50-point NHL season. Two to three months takes us up to February’s Olympic break.
Here’s the entirety of the press release:
“Philadelphia Flyers forward Tyson Foerster will be out 2-3 months with an upper-body injury.”
Gee, thanks. They never tell you anything in the NHL. It’s just “upper body” or “lower body” injury. Soon they’ll just say “body injury.” Tyson Foerster suffered a body injury and can’t play. Everybody with two eyes saw what happened, so give us something to work with here.
Nikita Grebenkin and maybe Alex Bump are in the mix for ice time here. Danny Briere discussed this recently on propaganda outlet Snow the Goalie –
