Iceburgh Curiously Missing from Pennsylvania License Plate Mascot Video

The Governor’s people put together an unboxing video for the new Commonwealth license plate, and we’ve got all of the big team mascots in this video except for Iceburgh the Penguin:
So you’ve got Gritty, Franklin, Swoop, the Phillie Phanatic, Phang, Steely McBeam, and whatever the fuck the Pirates’ mascot is called. Pirate Parrot? Yeah. They/them is in the video as well. It’s five Philly mascots and two Pittsburgh mascots promoting a new license plate that has the Liberty Bell on it. Sources say the Commonwealth is working on a Pittsburgh version that has Ben Roethlisberger stuffing his fat face with Sheetz. There’s also a “middle of nowhere” version that features the likeness of Cris Dush, complaining about SEPTA funding.
But yeah, no Iceburgh. What gives? Did Fenway Sports Group decline to participate? Are they protesting the Philly-centric imagery on the plate? We’ll have to do some Big J journalism and make some phone calls and work some sources to get the scoop. It’s also plausible that Iceburgh is actually a terrorist in disguise:
