New Promotion: Watery Beer Becomes Cheaper with Each Flyers Goal

The Flyers return home on Tuesday for a matchup against the absolutely atrocious Arizona Coyotes. They are 0-8-1 this season and totally stink.

Seems like a good time to roll out a new promotion, and here it is:

PHILADELPHIA (November 2, 2021) –Philadelphia Flyers fans have a little something extra to celebrate this season, with the club announcing its new Bud Light Celly program. Through this promotion, Flyers fans making a post-game stop at Xfinity Live!, which is just steps from the arena, will have the chance to get a significant discount off 12 oz. Bud Light bottles. With each Flyers goal scored during Flyers home game, the post-game price of Bud Lights will drop by 50 cents. When the Flyers scored 6 goals versus the Seattle Kraken on October 18th and again versus the Boston Bruins on October 20th, Bud Light bottles, which are listed at $6.00, were discounted by $3.00.

The Flyers’ high-powered offense is averaging 3.57 goals per-game which ranks 7th in the NHL. They are even better at home with 18 goals at Wells Fargo Center (T4 in NHL) and a 4.50 goals per-game average at home which ranks 3rd.

So if the Flyers score four goals tonight, that $6 Bud Light becomes a $4 Bud Light. That’s pretty good. You’re still drinking glorified piss water, but it’s affordable.

Dilly dilly!
