Oh Good, Now Ryan Ellis is on Injured Reserve

Flyers news:
Transaction: We have recalled defenseman Nick Seeler on emergency conditions from the @LVPhantoms (AHL).
Defenseman Ryan Ellis has been placed on Injured Reserve.

Ryan Ellis. Big offseason trade with Nashville.
He played the first three games of the season, then suffered a lower body injury that was taking a while to heal, according to Alain Vigneault. He came back this past weekend, played 18 minutes in Dallas, then re-aggravated the injury and is now on IR.
So no Ellis for the foreseeable future. It’ll be, we assume, Provy and Justin Braun as the top D pair, then Sanheim and Risto, then Yandle and Seeler. Gotta check with Russ and Ant, since they are the hockey guys.
Alain Vigneault says that Ryan Ellis is seeing doctors today and tomorrow. They will know in a couple of days what the next steps are regarding his timeline, any further procedures, etc. #FlyersTalk
