OK so I think the Flyers are good again. What a fun game last night. They hate to be trailing. When Colorado briefly took the lead with 3:26 remaining in the second period, it was only 23 seconds until Wayne Simmonds tied it back up. Say nothing of G’s wizardry on the Flyers’ first goal:

Or Jakub Voracek getting his ass kicked to defend the honor of Michael Raffl on a legal hit:

From the Flyers press notes:

The Flyers won their tenth consecutive game. This is just the fourth winning streak of 10 games or longer in Flyers history, joining the following:

13 – Oct. 19 to Nov. 17, 1985
11 – March 5-24, 1985
10 – Dec. 22, 1982 to Jan. 13, 1983

The Flyers’ record of 19-10-3 through 32 games is their best record at this point in the season since the 2011-12 campaign, when they were 20-8-4 through 32 games.

Not bad. And the guy behind the bench enjoyed the high altitude in Colorado:

Whooooooa, Flyers.
