The Flyers Have Placed Sean Couturier on the IR

Kyle worried this morning that Sean Couturier’s injury, what looked to be a ligament tear, would be a serious one. He didn’t need to wait long for his answer. The Flyers just announced that Couturier has been placed in injured reserve and Scott Laughton has been called up from the Phantoms in his place.
It doesn’t look great for Coots.
When he's not writing about sports here or ranting about them on Twitter, Jim is probably watching X-Files on Netflix or drinking a beer somewhere. Jim has nothing against hockey, it's just not his style. He once met Duce Staley at a Sixers game.
