Check out the “Move Closer (Philthy Remix)” of the Action News theme song:
“Pretty, pretty good,” as Larry David would say. I could see Calvin Harris playing this during his next set in Ibiza. OR – Maybe Garrett Stubbs adds it to the Red October playlist. Why not? It’s better than Dancing on my Own, which is a remix of a cover and a 2nd place loser song. This song, by the way, is the work of Phil Nappen, aka DJ Philthy. He’s been around the Philly/South Jersey music scene for a long time and also runs the Philthy in Philly social media accounts. Here are the links to IG, Facebook, Spotify, and Youtube. Maybe Phil would like to collaborate on my Philadelphia Eagles grindcore album, titled “Worm Burner.”
