Top Picks for NFL Playoffs on Sunday

Sunday’s NFL playoffs slate features three great games: 49ers at Eagles, Bills at Jaguars and Chargers at Patriots. We have several picks ready to go for today’s slate, but here are three of our favorites, one for each game:

Cam Little, Jacksonville Jaguars: More 43.5 Longest Field Goal

If you haven’t seen Cam Little kick a football yet, I’d advise you to do that. Little is on the verge of doing the same thing Steph Curry did for basketball, as he’s knocking down long 50 yards and 60 yards like it’s absolutely nothing every other week. Little owns the longest and second longest field goals in NFL history (68 and 67) and honestly had a little room to spare with that 68 yarder. It’s only a matter of time before he knocks down a 70 yarder. With that said, Jacksonville is in range as soon as they cross the 50 – I’d be shocked if Jacksonville doesn’t have to take a long field goal in this one.

Drake Maye, New England Patriots QB: More 1.5 passing TDs

Drake Maye makes his NFL Playoffs debut on Sunday, facing off against the Los Angeles Chargers. Obviously, Maye has had a superstar year for the Patriots, but legends are truly born in the Playoffs. So, do you think Maye has what it takes? I do. The second-year quarterback threw for more touchdowns than all but 2 other quarterbacks this season, so I like his chances to continue that trend and find the end zone at least twice against Los Angeles tonight.

Brock Purdy, San Francisco 49ers QB: More 227.5 passing yards

I’d make the argument that Brock Purdy is the most cerebral quarterback in the NFL right now. It’s why he’s worked so well under Kyle Shannahan,  and it’s why I think he’s in for a big game against the Eagles – despite their dominant secondary. Plus, how can you possibly bet against this 49ers offense right now? What they’ve done despite being banged up the last few weeks is nothing short of incredible.
