It’s June, So You Know What Phillies Bet to Make

The calendar officially flipped to June on Sunday.
You all know what that means:
It’s time for a crap ton of Schwarbombs.
I know we joke about it, but seriously look at the month-by-month splits for Schwarber over his entire career:
A year ago, Schwarber only hit six home runs in June and four of them came in a pair of multi-dong games. He had eight long balls in June of 2023.
But it’s not just the home runs that Schwarber’s delivered in June. He had 14 multi-hit performances in the last two Junes.
Mix that in with his recent history in Toronto, and oh buddy, do you have all the backing you need to bet Schwarbs on Tuesday night.
Last September, Schwarber belted four home runs in a two-game span at Rogers Center, including a three-homer game on September 3rd. The fourth home run in that power surge came off Tuesday’s starter Bowden Francis.
In terms of PA betting promos, and NJ sportsbook promos, Schwarber is +250 to hit a home run at BetMGM, which has a No Sweat Home Run token available for Tuesday’s MLB action.
Twelve of the 15 home runs allowed by Francis have come against left-handed batters, so there’s another data point that supports at least one Schwarbomb is in the cards north of the border.
Bryce Harper also owns a home run against Francis, and if you want to have some fun on Tuesday, you can get Schwarber and Harper to hit a home run at +1200. bet365 has a Safety Net Bet available up to $10 that you can use on that wager.
I wouldn’t recommend any Cristopher Sanchez pitching props for this particular matchup. Toronto has the third-best batting average against lefties and owns the second-lowest strikeout total in all of baseball.
Four Blue Jays, including Vladimir Guerrero Jr., have an OPS over 1.000 against lefties this season.
