Phillies Look to Continue Remarkable Form in Cristopher Sanchez Home Starts

The Phillies come into Tuesday with a 7-1 record in Cristopher Sanchez’s eight home starts.
That’s a good enough statistic to make you want to lock in the Phillies money line right away.
But there are plenty more reasons to back the Phillies in the second game of their three-game set with the Boston Red Sox. Sanchez owns the clear advantage over Richard Fitts (I’ll let you make the jokes on your own).
Fitts enters Tuesday with an ERA almost two full points higher than Sanchez’s 2.50. He doesn’t have a ton of strikeout power and the Red Sox are 2-6 in games in which Fitts appeared this season.
As we witnessed Monday night with Zack Wheeler’s 10 strikeouts, the Red Sox are a high K team, which means the over on Sanchez’s strikeout prop of 6.5 is absolutely in play.
Sanchez has eight more total strikeouts on the road compared to home, but he has more strikeouts-per-nine innings on home soil. He’s got 57 strikeouts in 48.1 innings at Citizens Bank Park.
With that in mind, I think you have to follow the same format that gave us success on Monday night. Sanchez 6+ Ks, Phillies Money Line, and a Bryce Harper hit gets you to +190 in a Same Game Parlay at bet365, where you have a $10 Safety Net Bet available for SGPs on Tuesday’s MLB slate. That’s one of several PA betting promos and NJ sportsbook promos available.
Harper is tied for the sixth-most hits in the majors since Friday, and while righties are only hitting .205 off Fitts, you have to roll with the hot hand because when Bryce gets on a roll, you have to ride the wave.
Harper is +110 to have over 1.5 total bases, so you could add that to the SGP instead of the hit to get to +320.
BetMGM has an Any Sport Odds Boost Token available on Tuesday. I would use that to play Harper’s over 1.5 total bases as a straight.
Righties are hitting .60 points better against Fitts compared to lefties, so if you want to build a hitter-centric Phillies SGP, I’d pair J.T. Realmuto and his nine-game hitting streak, Trea Turner and Harper together for an Over 1.5 Total Bases SGP that gets you to +575 at BetMGM.
